2. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

At Esthetician, we respect your time and strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients.

• Cancellations / Changes: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellation / No-show: In the event of a cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment or a no-show, the institute reserves the right to require a deposit for future appointments or to charge a portion of the treatment fee.

• Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time. In case of late arrival, the treatment duration may be reduced without a change in pricing, so as not to affect subsequent clients.

3. Personal Data Protection

We fully comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Data collection: We collect your name, phone number, and email to schedule appointments, as well as health/skin information necessary for the safe delivery of treatments.

• Use: Your data is used exclusively for the provision of our services and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

• Your rights: You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data at any time.

4. Cookie Policy
